For the past twenty-three years, the ACM Symposium on Applied Computing
(SAC) has been a primary gathering forum for applied computer scientists,
computer engineers, software engineers, and application developers
from around the world.

The RE-Track'09 is part of the 24th ACM Symposium on Applied
Computing. SAC 2009 is hosted by University of Hawaii at Manoa and
