That's it sadly.I have a lot of sparkling water, with a 1/4 of lemon sqeeuzed every now and then. You can start the day with a /small/ glass of grapefruit juice, but don't overdo it.Tea (any kind) coffee (black, with cream, with light soya milk). Red wine at night.Hope that helps, but believe me, once you have stopped drinking sweet drinks, you just won't want them any more!
