The 2019 IEEE 90th Vehicular Technology Conference [VTC 2019]will be held 22–25 September 2019 at the Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort & Spa, in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA. This semi-annual flagship conference of the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society will bring together individuals from academia, government, and industry to discuss and exchange ideas in the fields of wireless, mobile, and vehicular technology.
