It is our great pleasure to welcome you all to The 3rd International Conference on Measurement, Communication and Virtual Reality (MCVR 2026) which will be held in Harbin, China during December 25-27, 2026. It is hosted by the Harbin University of Science and Technology, China; assisted by Heilongjiang Instrument and Control Society, China and Heilongjiang Province Key Laboratory of Laser Spectroscopy Technology and Application, China; technical supported by Heilongjiang University, China.

Submitted paper will be peer reviewed by technical committee, and accepted papers after proper registration and presentation will be published in the conference proceedings by SPIE, which will be included in SPIE Digital Library and indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus, etc.
