Paper Publication All submissions will be peer reviewed by 2-3 reviewers. Accepted and registered papers will be published into Conference Proceedings. The proceedings will be submitted for indexing by Ei Compendex, Scopus, Thomson Reuters (WoS), Inspec.

Keynote Speaker Prof. James Kwok, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hongkong, China will be the keynote speaker.

Paper Submission Language: English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English. A. Full Paper (Presentation and Publication): Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference and be published in the conference proceeding. B. Abstract (Presentation only): Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral presentation or poster presentation at the conference, the presentation will not be published.
