WORD is great if you really cortonl it,Decide the required size (Width and Height) of the card, as business card its about (9 cm x 5 cm)you can use Drawing tool bar to create Text Box of that size, and you can adjust the size later by right click then Format Text Box, this is useful if the BC is text onlyOr you can use Rectangle tool and draw rectangle with the proper size and put inside it text boxes and other rectangles for pictures or logos as instance.Regards,
