IECC 2024 information: 1. IECC 2024 is supported by Singapore Institute of Electronics, Feng Chia University, China and some other universities and Societies. 2. Accepted papers will be published in the International Conference Proceedings, which will be indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus. IECC 2019, 2020, 2021 & 2022 papers have been indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus. IECC 2023 was successfully held online and offline combination in Osaka International Convention Center, Japan during July 21-23, 2023. 3. Prof. Isao Echizen from National Institute of Informatics in Japan, Prof. Maode Ma from Qatar University, Qatar will be the keynote speakers.
