1. Maintained Templates should be put in the Category:Template
2. Properties should all be set via Templates/Forms -> make systematic handling possible
3. use bots like wikipush, wikiedit, wikinuke, wikuser to do mass changes of pages e.g. adding the source "WikiCfP" information to pages imported from WikiCfp
4. use WikiFarm for creating development copies
