I was schooled in Texas and its sex and drug ed was so pteitahc and deceitful that we dismissed the real dangers along with the false dangers. Like I recall oral sex being the rage in school because it was believed to be completely safe. Ironically, I first experienced intercourse at 15 when I wasn't ready and stupidly allowed myself to be pressured into it. I wanted to be talked out of it but didn't go to adults because they had no credibility with me for lying & manipulating me.
