2026 the 11th International Conference on Distance Education and Learning will be held in Hangzhou, China during June 12-15, 2026. Previous ICDEL conferences were held at HongKong (2014), Dubai (2015), Shanghai (2019 & 2021), Beijing (2020, 2022, 2023), Guangzhou (2024) and Kunming (2025).
Publication
Submitted papers will be sent to around 2-3 reviewers for peer review. And accepted and presented papers after proper registration and presentation, will be published into the ICDEL 2026 Conference Proceedings by IEEE. The proceedings will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore and indexed by Ei Compendex & Scopus.
