Because of the worldwide outbreak of the coronavirus COVID-19, the WCE 2020 has been merged with the WCE 2021. The World Congress on Engineering 2021 will take place in London, U.K., 7-9 July, 2021. The 28th World Congress on Engineering (WCE 2021) is organized by the International Association of Engineers (IAENG), a non-profit international association for the engineers and the computer scientists. The conference has the focus on the frontier topics in the theoretical and applied engineering and computer science subjects
