Submissions will be peer reviewed by conference committees, and accepted papers will be published as post-proceedings.
The book series is indexed by SCOPUS, INSPEC, EI Compendex, SCImago. And All books published in the series are submitted for consideration in Web of Science.
✿ After proceedings registration, some extended papers will be recommended to: Journal of Communications (ISSN: 1796-2021 (Online); 2374-4367 (Print)) for review, and accepted papers will be published as a special issue, which will be indexed by Scopus; DBLP; CrossRef, EBSCO, Google Scholar; CNKI, etc.
