★Publication Submissions will be reviewed by at least two conference technical committees or international reviewers, and accepted papers of INCC2025 will be published in a volume of IET Conference Proceedings, which will be included in the IET Digital Library and IEEE Xplore, then indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus, etc.

Selected papers from INCC 2025 could be recommended to journal after being extended with at least 35% new content.
