A selected number of accepted and personally presented papers will be considered to
be expanded and revised for possible inclusion in special issues in the following

Cybernetics and Systems (ISI and SCI indexed), and International Journal of Intelligent
Information and Database Systems (EI, Inspect, DBLP indexed).

ABOUT KSE 2009

KSE 2009 provides an open forum for intensive discussions and interchange of latest advances in Knowledge and Systems Engineering
research. The first Conference on Knowledge and Systems Engineering invites submission of papers to its inaugural meeting to be
held in Hanoi, Vietnam in October 2009. Papers are invited on original, substantial and unpublished research on all aspects of
Knowledge and Systems Engineering, including, but not limited to Natural Language Processing, Networking, Software Systems
Engineering, Bio-medical Information Processing and Human Computer Interaction.

The location of the conference - Hanoi is a sacred land of Vietnam. People have settled here along the Red River
for a thousand years. Nestled along wooded boulevards among the city's two dozen lakes you will find architectural
souvenirs left by all who conquered this great valley, from the Chinese who first came in the last millennium to
the French, booted out in our own century.
