Submissions will be peer-reviewed and evaluated based on originality, relevance to conference, contributions, and presentation. Accepted full papers will be collected in IEEE Conferece Proceedings, which will be included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus etc. major databases.
